Rental package

  • Don’t know where to start when searching for a rental? We are here to help you get around, get familiar with the area you want to live in and offer you the beste possible service during the whole process.

    • Introduction meeting

    • Search for suitable houses

    • Contact with real estate agents

    • Accompany viewings

    • Negotiate on your behalf with rental agents

    • Arrange and check rental contract

    • Assist with house inspection and key hand-over

    Package price - one month rent with a minimum of €1795,-

Purchasing package

From €3995,- including VAT

  • Purchasing a house in a new country can be challenging and complicated. We are here to assist you through the entire journey from the start of the search until you collect the keys.

    • Introduction meeting

    • Search for suitable houses in the right neighborhood

    • Arrange viewings

    • Accompany viewings

    • Advise on offer and purchase price

    • Purchase assistance

    • Explanation of purchase process and purchase agreement

    • Arrange contact with Notary, Valuator, Financial advisor and Structural surveyor

    • Accompany to house inspection and notary on day of transfer

    • Use of our network for renovations and budget.
